A customer is waiting for an ordered item. Acknowledge the delay, apologise and explain what happens next.

The idea

Use お待たせして、申し訳ございません to apologise for keeping someone waiting. 遅れております is a polite way to report a delay; 予定です marks a plan, not a guarantee. しましたら introduces the action after completion, and お知らせいたします humbly describes your own notification.

Watch out

Do not present an estimate as a confirmed delivery date: 発送 means dispatch, not arrival. Give a date only when you have a reliable plan.
