Draft a message asking a contact to send the latest documents for a meeting.

The idea

Give the subject, greet the recipient and explain the purpose before asking. 恐れ入りますが softens the request; お送りいただけますでしょうか asks politely whether the recipient can send it. 可能でしたら introduces a flexible condition, and までに sets the deadline.

Watch out

いただく refers to receiving the other person’s action; いたします describes your own action. Do not make a deadline sound optional if it is actually firm: state the constraint clearly and politely.
