A short note lets a neighbour know about a move before the noise starts.
The idea
Address the neighbour with name plus さんへ, identify yourself, and state the day and time. から marks the start and まで the end. かもしれません signals that noise is possible, not certain. Close with an apology, よろしくお願いします and your name plus より.
Examples
Dear Ms Tanaka,
I am Yamada, your neighbour.
I am moving on Saturday.
I will carry belongings from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
It may get noisy.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.
From Yamada.

Watch out
Do not use へ after your own name: it marks the recipient; より marks the sender. Give a concrete time rather than leaving the neighbour guessing.
