Use a short message to check a meeting arrangement and request an email reply.

The idea

State the purpose with 確認したく、ご連絡しました, then give the details as your understanding. よろしいでしょうか asks whether they are correct; ご確認いただけますでしょうか politely requests a check. Specify メールで and a deadline with までに to request a written response.

Examples

I am writing to confirm the details of the meeting.
My understanding is that the meeting will start at two on Friday.
The venue is the third-floor meeting room, is that correct?
Could you please confirm these details?
If anything is different, please let me know.
Could you reply by email by Wednesday?

Watch out

ご確認 asks the recipient to check; it does not itself guarantee a reply. Ask for お返事 as well, and state the medium and deadline. までに means by the deadline, while から marks a starting point.
