Turn a casual message to a friend into a courteous request to a teacher.

The idea

Keep the purpose and the time 明日3時. Polite endings and a reason help the recipient respond.

Examples

Can we meet tomorrow at three?
Teacher, could you meet me tomorrow at three?
I would like to discuss the assignment.
Would that time be convenient for you?
If it is difficult, I can adjust the time.
Thank you for considering my request.

Watch out

Politeness depends on the relationship and situation; a friend need not receive a formal email. Do not change the proposed time when revising, and do not treat a request as an arrangement already agreed.
