Use sözlük for a dictionary, whether printed or digital. You will describe whose dictionary it is and use it to find a word, choosing the noun form that fits the verb.
The idea
With bakmak, consulting a dictionary is sözlüğe bakmak; searching for a word in one is sözlükte aramak. For this noun, a vowel-initial ending changes final k to ğ: sözlüğe, sözlüğü, sözlüğüm. A following consonant preserves k: sözlükte, sözlükten, sözlükler. The table gives this word’s forms; the related suffix lessons explain the endings.

Watch out
Do not carry ğ into every form: sözlüğümde has it because the possessive vowel comes directly after the stem, but sözlüklerimizde keeps k before the plural. Also distinguish sözlüğü as a specific object from onun sözlüğü (his/her dictionary); the spelling alone does not tell you the role.

Complete with “dictionary”: I do not know the meaning; I am consulting the dictionary.

sözlüğe
sözlüğe: the verb bakıyorum needs the dative here. Its vowel-initial -e also changes the final consonant, so the answer has ğ.
Complete with “dictionary”: I am looking for this word in the dictionary.
Show answer or example answer
sözlükte
sözlükte: the dictionary is where the search takes place; the word being searched for is the object. The unchanged k is followed by -te.
Complete with “my dictionary”: my dictionary is at home today.

sözlüğüm
sözlüğüm: benim identifies the owner as “I”, so the missing noun means “my dictionary”. The possessive ending begins with ü, producing ğ before it.
Complete with “in our dictionaries”: there are notes in our dictionaries.

sözlüklerimizde
sözlüklerimizde: several dictionaries belong to us and contain the notes. Build plural, then possession, then location; after -ler, the possessive vowel is i, not ü.
