You will name the weather, describe it with hava and an adjective, and read a simple forecast.
The idea
The weather is the subject: Hava soğuk (cold), Hava sıcak (hot), Hava ılık (mild), Hava serin (cool). Add -li / -lı / -lu / -lü to a weather noun to get the adjective, with the vowel chosen by the last vowel: güneş → güneşli, yağmur → yağmurlu, kar → karlı, rüzgâr → rüzgârlı. Rain and snow both fall with yağmak: Yağmur yağıyor, Kar yağıyor; wind uses esmek: Rüzgâr esiyor. For a forecast use the future: Yarın kar yağacak.

Watch out
Do not describe how you feel with the weather adjective. Hava soğuk is about the air, but Ben soğuğum does not say that you feel cold; your own feeling is a verb, üşümek: Üşüyorum. Turkish also has no "it" for rain: the rain itself is the subject, Yağmur yağıyor, never O yağıyor.
Try it yourself
Add the adjective suffix -li / -lı / -lu / -lü to güneş (sun): sunny.
Show answer or example answer
güneşli
güneşli: the last vowel of güneş is the front vowel e, so the suffix is -li; the ş stays as it is.
It is snowing. Fill in yağmak in the present continuous, third person.
Show answer or example answer
yağıyor
yağıyor: the stem yağ takes -ıyor because its vowel is back, and the third person adds no ending; kar is the subject.
Add the adjective suffix -li / -lı / -lu / -lü to bulut (cloud): cloudy.
Show answer or example answer
bulutlu
bulutlu: the last vowel u is back and rounded, so the suffix is -lu, and the t does not change.
Say "I am cold" with the verb üşümek, present continuous, I-form.

üşüyorum
üşüyorum: a feeling is a verb, not the weather adjective; the stem üşü takes -yor and then -um.
