Arrange time off in a short workplace exchange: name the period, make a request, and distinguish it from a statement about leave already arranged. Then practise a separate message about illness.
The idea
Use yıllık izin kullanmak istiyorum to state a wish to take annual leave, or izin alabilir miyim? to ask politely. İzinliyim reports your leave status; it does not ask permission. For illness, hastayım gives the reason, while raporum var says you have a medical report in this context. İki günlük rapor describes a report covering two days. These examples teach wording, not workplace procedures.

Watch out
Do not open a request with izinliyim: that sounds as though the leave is already arranged. Also watch the missing vowel in iznim (my leave): izin loses its second i before the possessive ending. The vowel stays in izinli.

iznim means my leave. The final syllable of izin loses its vowel before -im, so the result has two syllables, not three.

günlük describes the period covered by the report. İki gün can give a duration on its own, but here the duration modifies rapor.
