Use にほかならない to present an interpretation as precisely what something is or why it happened.
The idea
Attach にほかならない or polite にほかなりません to a noun, a nominalised clause with こと or の, or a reason ending in から. It emphatically identifies the preceding expression as the explanation or nature of the matter.
Examples
This achievement is nothing other than the result of everyone’s efforts.
She was chosen precisely because she had the ability.
Our goal is nothing other than protecting the community.
This change is nothing other than a sign of social anxiety.
It is daily dialogue that builds trust.
I object precisely because I am concerned about safety.

Watch out
Despite its negative form, it asserts an affirmative conclusion. It is formal and emphatic, so a simple です is often more natural in casual conversation.
