The idea

The ので clause gives the reason Mika forgot her lunch: she left in a hurry. 〜てしまいました marks the unfortunate completed action. 話すと introduces what happened when she told Ken.

Examples

Mika made a lunch in the morning.
But she left home in a hurry and accidentally left her lunch in the kitchen.
At lunchtime she opened her bag and realized her lunch was missing.

Watch out

The bag is where Mika noticed the problem, not where she left the lunch. Ken recommends a bakery; he does not bring her lunch.
