A summary must cover how the text develops, not just name its topic. Read the first five seed-exchange examples as one account; the sixth condenses it. These are original practice texts, not official exam questions.

The idea

Keep the central situation, the important change and any limit that changes the outcome. In the model, labels make the exchange easier, but some packets remain excluded. The sixth example preserves both points; label size can be omitted. Then check scope and time: bazı does not mean all, and planlıyor describes a plan, not a completed result. A good summary may use different words from the passage.

Examples

  • Bahçe grubu bu yıl tohum takasına başladı.The gardening group started exchanging seeds this year.
  • Üyeler başlangıçta bütün tohumları aynı kutuya koydu. At first, the members put all the seeds in the same box.
  • Sonradan her pakete küçük bir etiket eklendi.Later, a small label was added to each packet.
  • Etiketlere bitkinin adı ve ekim zamanı yazılınca karışıklık azaldı.Confusion decreased once the plant name and sowing time were written on the labels.
  • Ancak eski paketlerin içeriği bilinmediği için bu paketler paylaşılmadı.However, the old packets were not shared because their contents were unknown.
  • Grup, tohumları etiketleyerek takası kolaylaştırdı ama içeriği belirsiz paketleri ayırdı.The group made the exchange easier by labelling the seeds but set aside packets with unknown contents.

Watch out

A fluent option can preserve the benefit while deleting the problem after ancak or ama. Repeated vocabulary is not enough. Equally, do not turn a small trial into a result for everyone, or a future decision into something already done.
