Use these original role-play lines at a postal or courier counter. You will state what you want to do, identify the sender and recipient, and read a delivery message. PTT tracking uses the shipment’s barcode number, barkod numarası.
The idea
Göndermek means to send. With teslim etmek, the subject hands something over; with teslim almak, the subject receives it. Compare görevliye teslim ettim (I handed it to the staff member) and şubeden teslim almak (to collect from the branch). In Gönderi alıcıya teslim edildi, the shipment is the subject of a passive verb: the sentence reports delivery to the recipient without naming who delivered it.

Watch out
Do not stop reading at teslim. The negative teslim edilmedi says it was not delivered; henüz adds “yet”. This wording alone gives neither a reason nor a new delivery date. Also keep gönderici (sender) separate from alıcı (recipient) when asking about an address.
