Talk about what goes through your mind, what you repeatedly do and what holds your attention. These words let you describe an experience precisely without labelling a whole personality.
The idea
Choose the noun for the aspect you mean: düşünce is a thought, davranış is behaviour, and alışkanlık is a habit. A single action can be a davranış; calling it an alışkanlık presents it as something repeated. Learn useful combinations with their verbs: dikkatini vermek (give your attention), kaygı duymak (feel worry) and öz güveni artmak (gain self-confidence). Bellek and hafıza both name memory as a capacity.
